Daffodils and poetry – a spring celebration

Although it has still been a bit chilly, it didn’t ‘t stop our Sandon Oasis group celebrating the meteorological first day of spring.  They produced some beautiful artwork featuring gorgeous daffodils using different textures and materials.

In another group meeting, our clients got to work decorating a copy of the William Wordsworth poem “I wandered lonely as a cloud” with a collage of spring flowers.  A family member read the poem aloud to the group for some inspiration.

It’s always lovely to see these interesting individual designs and how each client’s artwork is so different and full of imagination. If you or a loved one are interested in joining one of our groups or One2One sessions, we will be delighted to talk to you to find out which of our services would be most suitable. Please call us on 01245 363789 so that we can discuss the right option for your individual needs.

We have promised to help more people with DEMENTIA in 2024 and are happy to announce the opening of a new ‘Every Day Counts’ activity centre in WRITTLE, Chelmsford.
