Tribute to the Robin

These are wonderful paintings of the Robin, the great British songbird voted to be our national bird. Well done to all on an exceptional effort!

With Christmas fast approaching, it’s the Robin that’s seen on many of our greeting cards.  After painting, the Oasis group sang ‘When The Red, Red Robin Comes Bob, Bob, Bobbin’ Along’.

In the spiritual world, people believe that a Robin is a sign that a lost relative is visiting them. The Robin also symbolises new beginnings and good luck.

We have promised to help more people with DEMENTIA in 2024 and are happy to announce the opening of a new ‘Every Day Counts’ activity centre in WRITTLE, Chelmsford.
