Thank you for all your/teams support in welcoming Corrine to the Friday ‘Every Day Counts’ group at Broomfield.
Corrine has really enjoyed the stimulating activities and safe, warm environment where the group is held. The staff are very kind, friendly and patient and take their time empathising with her needs. She enjoys the lovely nutritious hot meals prepared taking into account her dietary needs and choice of drinks and snacks during the day. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff , they always go the extra mile.
The programme of activities is very well lead and organised, Corrine has enjoyed participating in these.
The staff (including managers) who cooked Christmas Dinner), the chef and volunteers are very welcoming and work so hard as a team, creating a lovely friendly, open environment for everyone.
Time is always given for any queries/questions from family/carers, and the admin staff are also very accommodating and helpful.
I really enjoyed my carer participation session with Corrine on her first visit. The staff were very inclusive and welcoming – thank you. I would highly recommend this service to any other dementia clients/carers.
