The ‘Every Day Counts’ Bradwell group walked over to our allotment. They enjoyed the warm sunshine, listened to the birdsong, watched the bees on the flowers and observed all the different smells of the peaceful outdoors.
Nature has an amazing ability to calm our stress levels, increase creativity, empathy and sense of wonder. Connection with nature elevates our mood and gives mental health a boost. A change of scenery and a boost of Vitamin D is especially beneficial.
