At a previous group meeting, the ‘Every Day Counts’ Bradwell, Braintree clients were shown a video of Baloo an Essex Police therapy dog and were keen to meet her.
Baloo is a 3 legged dog who lost her leg in an incident whilst working as a police dog. As she can no longer be on the front line she now takes part in various community engagements. Baloo recently visited the group with Mandy her handler.
