Dementia Action Week (13th – 19th May) was an incredible week this year. Functions every day kicking off at the Chelmsford Museum on Monday and ending at the Baddow races on Sunday. We met so many amazing people and had a chance to support dementia awareness in the community as well as to speak to people about how we can help. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make all these events possible – it was a wonderful week!
