Our new year might be long past but the Chinese New Year is calculated according to the lunar calendar and fell on 01 February for 2022.
The Chinese New Year theme really inspired our clients and they enjoyed producing some beautiful and imaginative paintings at the Sandon Oasis group. It’s the year of the Water Tiger and the tiger embodies courage and bravery, so the new year could symbolise some much needed resilience and strength for the world.
Our clients at the Broomfield, Chelmsford ‘Every day Counts’ group made beautiful calendars featuring the powerful dragon to mark the celebrations.
And at the Bradwell, Braintree Oasis group. The clients had great fun. It was an activity filled day, making Feng Shui lucky charms, doing a Chinese quiz, and enjoying a Chinese meal with fortune cookies at lunch time. They even looked at their names in Chinese and played a ‘Build a Tiger’ dice game – what a fantastic day!
All groups made the very best of the theme and we were able to capture some wonderful images to share with their families.
