Easter Baking

Clients from our ‘Every Day Counts’ Bradwell group made their own couronne cakes for Easter. They had to roll up the dough from the long side, roll it a few times to seal, then cut in half lengthways cutting almost the whole length of the roll leaving it joined at one end. They then twisted the two lengths together and joined the ends to form a circular crown.

The only thing left to do after that was to enjoy the cakes with their tea – a job well done!

We have promised to help more people with DEMENTIA in 2024 and are happy to announce the opening of a new ‘Every Day Counts’ activity centre in WRITTLE, Chelmsford.
