The ‘Every Day Counts’ Bradwell group had a lovely time out at the Braintree Garden Centre. Theres lots to see there and they enjoyed some tea and cake in the café. While they were there they were delighted to meet up with Geraldine who had worked for Essex Dementia Care supporting the Bradwell group until 2020.
