Mary and her ‘Memory Companion Kerry had their weekly meet up with Joan and her ‘Memory Companion’ Sarah.
They stayed local as the weather wasn’t great and went to Hudson’s cafe in Danbury where they were able to park close and dodge the rain. Both ladies hugged and kissed each other when they met which was wonderful to see.
Mary, who is very sociable, started up a conversation with a lovely lady who had also come for a cup of tea. Mary then spotted a mobility scooter and was very impressed with it. When the owner came back Mary had a chat with him about it and they joked that she could sit in the basket on the front like ET which made everyone laugh.
Hudson’s is such a lovely place to visit for our clients to meet as it’s a relaxed and welcoming environment and we all had a lovely morning together.
