Betty and her ‘Memory Companion’ Jill visited The Jam Factory in Tiptree.
They did all of Betty’s three favourite things, a drive out in the car, a hot chocolate and some cake. It was the perfect outing, topped off cuddling a soft toy crab.
Betty spoke fondly about her days as a swimming teacher and her voluntary work for the disabled driving people to the swimming pool for a lesson.
